Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the TutorTrade application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SkewSense ("we", "us", "our").

TutorTrade is an AI-powered market intelligence application that:

• Monitors market signals, news flow, and price action across user-defined watchlists
• Generates plain-language explanations of market developments
• Produces AI-generated trade plan suggestions (entry, exit, stop-loss, sizing)
• Tracks portfolio positions with AI commentary

The Service is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change prior to and after launch.

All content generated by TutorTrade — including signals, alerts, trade plans, AI commentary, and any other output — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• TutorTrade is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner
• AI-generated trade plans are not personalised financial advice
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any financial outcomes

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified and regulated financial professional before acting on any information provided by the Service.

You must be at least 17 years of age to use TutorTrade. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting your email address to join the waitlist, you consent to receive launch notifications and product updates from SkewSense. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in any email we send.

When account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

TutorTrade currently offers free access at launch. A paid Pro tier may be introduced later and, if offered on iOS, will be managed through Apple In-App Purchase.

• If paid subscriptions become available, Apple may charge your Apple ID account according to the plan you choose
• Any renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and managed through your Apple ID account settings
• Until a paid plan is offered, there is no active subscription purchase flow in TutorTrade

We reserve the right to introduce or change paid plan pricing with reasonable notice. Any future price changes would apply according to the terms shown at the time of purchase or renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without permission
• Attempt to manipulate, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

All content, features, and technology within TutorTrade — including AI models, signal logic, UI design, and branding — are the intellectual property of SkewSense and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkewSense shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, inaccuracies in data, or delayed alerts
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

TutorTrade uses market data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Free tier users receive delayed data (approximately 15 minutes). Real-time data may be made available through a future Pro tier and would remain subject to data provider terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If paid subscriptions become available later, cancellation and refund terms will be handled according to the applicable Apple In-App Purchase terms shown at purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
